The main issue I ran into was someone being booked over my time slot. I was taking boudoir photos and unfortunately a guy walked in on our session and saw my client. My booking wasn’t over until 2:30 and he said he was told to show up at 2. The type of session is asked about when booking, so I feel more care should be taken to ensure the privacy/safety of the renter and their client, especially since the doors cannot be locked from the inside. Aside from that, I’ve booked this as a studio space for photography in the past when there was furniture, which is not offered anymore, and I just think that should have been disclosed when agreeing to the terms before booking. I would not think to read through the website to look for something like that since I’ve booked here multiple times in the past. On top of my surprise to there not being any furniture, there were tables and chairs set up still. I assume it was from a previous event since there were some crumbs left on the floor. So we couldn’t even use the space as an open studio. But since there are no refunds, we stayed and did what we could in an empty section of the room. I’m giving 2 stars because I appreciated the responsivene

I love The Fifth Floor!!! Ariel and her team are amazing!!! I love that they do everything!!! They set up the ceremony space, transitioned for dinner, did an amazing job with the soda bar, and made the day beyond perfect! It was so nice to not stress my family and friends out with setting up and cleaning!! It was such a low stress day! Ariel and her team are professional superstars! Everyone complimented our venue choice! As soon as I walked in months ago I was sold!!! I can’t recommend them enough!

As the father of the bride, you want your daughter’s wedding day to be perfect, but you also realize quickly how many moving pieces there are behind the scenes. The Fifth Floor Wedding Venue and their wedding planning services exceeded every expectation we had. From the very beginning, Ariel Pettigrew brought an incredible level of organization, professionalism, and calm to the entire process. She thought through details I didn’t even know existed in the wedding world timelines, vendors, décor flow, lighting, catering coordination, and so much more. What impressed me most was how smoothly everything ran. On the wedding day, our family was able to simply enjoy the moment because Ariel and her team had every detail handled. The venue was stunning, the schedule stayed on track, and every guest commented on how beautiful and seamless everything felt. If you are a parent planning a wedding and want peace of mind, I can’t recommend the Fifth Floor Wedding Venue and Ariel’s planning services enough. They truly make what could be a stressful experience into something joyful and memorable.

We had our wedding just over a month ago, The Fifth Floor is absolutely top tier! Ariel, Crystal and team ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible. They checked in with us throughout the night if there was anything that we needed, ensuring we were having a great time & that our drinks were full. They took care of everything from setup to takedown which allowed us and our families to just enjoy our event without having to worry about anything. I cannot recommend The Fifth Floor enough! Its such a beautiful venue with a team who truly cares about their clients. Thank you for helping make it a night to remember!

The 5th Floor was the absolute best choice I made for my wedding. They were so easy to communicate with from the initial tour to the wedding day and even after. Ariel went out of her way to create a beautiful day for me and my loved ones. She and her team helped me ease my stress and help my day go smoothly. I can’t thank her and her team enough for what they did to make my wedding the best day ever!
